President/CEO

Rod Randall

Rod started his career in the office equipment industry as a service technician in 1996. As a technician, Rod was awarded technician of the year for Lanier amongst all dealerships across the country. In 1999, Rod was promoted to team leader. He managed over 30 technicians, and in the same year promoted again to Service Manager. In 2001-03' Rod was awarded National Service Manager of the year and was the recipient of the Gold Award 2 years in row recognizing the best service operation in the industry. Rod was asked to sit on the Lanier advisory council from 2005-2007 helping the manufacturers structure the dealer service programs. In 2011 Rod took on a completely new challenge and was promoted to a VP of Sales. He was a pioneer starting the managed print solutions division later becoming one of the nation's largest MPS programs, helping multiple dealers along the way start their journey in starting a MPS service company as well. By 2012, Rod built the MPS portfolio to a multi million-dollar division, landing 3 of Ohio's top fortune 500 companies. Since then, Rod has ran his Major Accounts Team working all verticals having tremendous success building relationship, and winning many of Ohio's largest opportunities.

David Schneider

David graduated from Ball State University, earning a degree from the Miller College of Business, and a full athletic scholarship for football. He  started his career in the office equipment industry in 2014 working as a Managed Print Consultant in the SMB market. David had tremendous success building his customer list, proving he possessed a great understanding of his markets business needs implementing process and automation. In 2015, David was promoted to Major Accounts Healthcare Lead working on the organization's largest opportunities. Over the next 10 years, David became one of the industry's most successful sales representative, being recognized by the manufacturer consecutively as a top earner in multiple categories. In 2020, David was awarded a contract for one of the nation's top five largest healthcare organizations. This deal is considered the largest independent dealer awarded contract by the manufacturer and led to his employer winning dealer of the year award.  David created a strategic plan to drive operational efficiencies and create significant impact to their bottom line savings the organization millions of dollars.

Grant Hilty

Grant is a graduate of  University of Cincinnati. He earned his degree in Business Finance/ Administration while playing golf collegiately. His career in the office technology space started in 2011 working as an Account Manager in the SMB space. After exceeding multiple benchmark goals, he was promoted in 2014 to a Named Account Manager. Soon after this promotion, it catapulted him into a management roll overseeing the mailing division. Under Grant's leadership the division grew 200% year over year. In 2017, Grant was again promoted to Major Account Manager. His true passion for solving his customer's most complicated workflow problems has allowed him to serve the nation's top businesses as a trusted partner. Since that promotion in 2017, Grant has earned multiple President's Club Awards, Manufacturer Recognition, and is recognized as a top industry leader nationwide. He has the experience you need and vast knowledge in complex workflow solutions, hardware design, and strategic planning. His expertise has allowed him to provide solutions for multiple fortune 500 companies across the country.
